3D fees are billed per m² (EGP 300–600 in 2026) based on the chosen tier and actual project area. A separate quote is signed before design work starts.
3D Design Service Policy
3D design is a professional engineering service delivered by specialized engineers with a clear, written fee. This page explains pricing, timeline, rights, and how the fee is credited against the execution contract — so terms are transparent before signing, with no misleading 'free' claims.

Basic
EGP 300 / m²
3D renders per room (2–3 cameras), high-res image pack, and 2 free revision rounds.
Professional
EGP 450 / m²
Photo-realistic renders, furniture plans, materials schedule, and 3 revision rounds.
Luxury
EGP 600 / m²
Full photo-realistic + 360° tour + short walkthrough video + unlimited pre-signoff revisions.

Policy Terms
100% credit against execution
If the full execution contract is signed within 90 days of design delivery, 100% of the 3D fee is credited against the execution total. This clause is written into the contract.
Timeline & delivery
Apartment ≤150 m²: 7–10 business days. Villa ≤400 m²: 14–21 business days. Timer starts after survey, architectural drawings, and design deposit.
Intellectual property
Source files (Max/Blender/Revit) remain the property of Emaar Design. The client receives the final high-res renders with full rights to use them for their own project only.
First consultation is free
The first on-site visit within Greater Cairo and the initial consultation are free. Fees apply only when actual 3D design work begins.
How the design fee is credited against execution

Sign the 3D design quote and pay a 50% deposit.

Deliver the final design after the agreed revision rounds; pay the remaining balance.

Within 90 days of delivery — if a full execution contract is signed, 100% of the design fee is credited against the execution total.

The credit clause is explicitly written in the execution contract and tied to the design invoice number.

If the client does not proceed with execution, the design fee remains fully payable for the professional service delivered.
